HOW TO FIX ERROR IN INSTALLING FORTNITE EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER
Ok so recently i have been searching a solution for this error when installing fortnite because the file type is .msi . Lets get to the point
- Alright the first thing you need to do is making the .msi files to have an option "run as administrator".
- Now press windows key + r to open run.
- Type regedit and click yes
4. When you have opened the registry editor, navigate to the following key
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Msi.Package\shell
Right-click on the shell key and select New | Key from the popup menu.
5. Now rename the new folder to “runas” (without the quotes).
6. Now right click at default and select modify
7. On the Edit String dialog box, enter “Install as &administrator” (without the quotes)
8. Now right click on the runas key and select new - key and rename it to "command"
9. Now double click the default and edit its value (its similar to the previous step i've shown).
Enter this text msiexec /i “%1”
10. Close the registry editor by clicking file and choose exit.
11. Now restart your computer and after that just double click the .msi files you want to run and thats IT !!
you now can install the msi files to your pc and enjoy your game.😃😃😃😃
